Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on any NetNews US platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
The URL or location of the infringing material on our platform
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Submit a Notice
Send DMCA notices to: press@netnewsus.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Content found to be infringing will be promptly removed. Repeat infringers may be permanently barred from our platform.
